Transformational Leadership (Bass, 1985) is one of the well-known leadership concepts. It is part of what became the so called Full Range of Leadership Model. Transformational Leadership comprises the following facets:
- Individualized Consideration
- Intellectual Stimulation
- Inspirational Motivation
- Idealized Influence / Role or Identification Model
Like many other constructs, most often the facets cannot be replicated with real data.
